At Quiktrackshop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with this Refund & Returns Policy.

Our return period is 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original labels, accessories and documentation where applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products.
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in situations including but not limited to:

  • Items showing signs of use.
  • Products not returned in their original condition.
  • Products returned with missing parts not caused by our error.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period where accepted at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Sale Items

Clearance, promotional or discounted products may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.


Exchanges

We replace products only where they are defective, damaged during delivery, or an incorrect item was supplied.
